Sorry, I’m a woman answering, but I think my perspective is useful because I’m a comparatively *old* woman. If you go back to the 1970s and ’80s there were several prominent feminists who were on the media and lot and who were what was called feminist-separatists. They *did* denigrate men and argued that, for example, *all* penetrative sex with a man was rape and consent was an illusion. A friend of mine born in the 1970s grew up on a feminist-separatist, women-only commune in Australia.

Nowadays such sexist feminists are extremely rare. I haven’t seen one since a Dianic (feminist-separatist pagan) I encountered about 20 years ago. But any man over about 40 will remember them, even if only subliminally.

[It occurs to me that the “all sex with a man is rape” crowd were the flipside of Andrew Tate, a self-hating gay man who thinks he’s straight, but argues that all sex with a woman is weakening so just get one of your special bros to give you a hand job in a spirit of platonic masculine togetherness….]

Why do some women alter their faces by so-called cosmetic surgeries (on their eyes, cheeks, lips, chin, jaw) that making them look like Donald Duck or puffy aliens, while for most men these unnatural facial changes are ridiculous or even disgusting?
